求助大家，昨天接到三月份考试的岗位的递补通知，通知下个月一号入职，但是四月份入职现公司，六月份签的劳动合同，这个月开始给交社保，公司主管说必须提前30天提离职，不放人，这种情况下我一定要离职，但是现公司不给我开离职证明和断五险，该怎么办呀？
