最近发生了很多非常不顺利的事情,前段时间被同事背刺排挤造谣,领导搞针对,还遇到了很变态的骚扰,现在工作又出现了调动,对朋友也有点患得患失,感觉一切的一切都让我非常非常疲惫,没有任何心力了,对人际关系更加抵触,是恐惧、抗拒,感觉自己要疯了。 有人试过除了工作之外,休息时间都是自己度过的吗,看电视看书运动啥的,会不会更加抑郁?或者有什么方法,不求能好起来,起码能恢复点心力,谢谢大家了。
