我的情况: 长期熬夜(后半夜到凌晨的那种) 最近在服专注达(副作用是心跳会变快,医生说不建议剧烈的运动) 早上起来心跳会巨快,能到160➕ 长期久坐+0运动(已经到了爬一次楼梯第二天就会腿疼的程度,前几年腰椎有点突出,医生说我腰上没肌肉所以才会这样) 🙇‍♀️想问问从0开始(或者说从负数开始)有没有什么好一点的过渡方法
