已经租了一年了，两房一厅700/月+水电，现在合同到期想要续签，和房东商量降低一点房租，她说年付可以按8000/年（免水费），相当于一个月便宜50 这一年住一下，房子有瑕疵不过可以接受，房东人挺好的，有问题及时解决。 不过我租房经验太少了，不知道这样靠不靠谱吗，如果是你们能接受年付吗？ 谢谢大家为我解答，祝好运健康！
