为了减肥想尝试的建议谨慎, 就我个人身体反馈 代谢功能明显不如咖啡, 稳定很多年的体重这个月上升。(饮食量运动量未变,(补充:没加糖没加糖!不是外卖店饮料),唯一变量就是咖啡改抹茶) 但想要精神一点确实可以尝试, 我喝着比咖啡清醒。 不过睡眠也因此可能有下降,进一步导致了体重增加 --- 看了一下手环的睡眠数据, 差不多肯定是睡眠减少导致皮质醇增高或内分泌失调, 睡眠减少无其他外因,就是喝抹茶后精神头太好🥲 自然而然的晚睡早起了
