我是个对气味特别敏感的人，切一次大蒜一周都能闻到指甲缝里的味道而且味道会延伸到被子里，吃饭睡觉也是两套家居服因为吃饭的菜味会带进被子，所以每次一到经期就感觉自己睡在血腥味里了特别难受😭问问用除臭喷雾能有用吗，之前蒜味用除臭喷雾除不掉
