感觉泰国云南贵州那边，做这些菜肴的调料，准备工作，特别多，步骤都很复杂 那么热的天，是怎么坚持做下来的？感觉要非常的有耐心，才能做完一道菜，调料，各种原料，真的太多了 在北方的话，大家都吃的很简单，做法也都很简单，根本不会为了一个凉拌菜折腾，除非那种高级菜肴
