求建议。两边山羊角没有胎毛或者是比较少，小时候就这样了，留刘海之后一直没怎么注意山羊角，昨天突然发现右边山羊角比左边高，右边头发也比左边少，漏肤度比左边明显，但是我同事说我头发看起来还是很多的。今天收集了一下，大概掉了这么多，一百多根。
