140斤节食快一个月了一斤没瘦,午饭和晚饭就基本是图片上这些家常菜,晚上会吃得更少,带有饥饿感入睡。我是周一到周五节食,周六出去玩会吃点好吃的,但都会克制量,换算成热量以后再吃,不是暴食。今早一上称就崩溃了,以前胡吃海喝就这个体重,现在每天饿得要死也这个体重,合理吗,公平吗。。。有一种忙活了半天白忙活了的美感,这种让人随时想死的感觉真让人着迷哈哈。。。对了,我有甲减现在在吃优甲乐,我已经怀疑自己胰岛素抵抗了9.21更新每天差不多还是这样吃 体重减少7斤 然后大家说的调味料太重的话就是放了普通的酱油醋盐和辣椒 蚝油鸡精都没放 很喜欢吃辣 辣椒也不是油辣椒 是贵州的那种糊辣椒面做的蘸料
