uu们这样算房东违约吗？房东的房子是单位分给他的，现在他们单位要全部回收这一层搞别的，他的房子换到了同一栋楼另外一层。房东说承担我的搬家费用，可是我真的很不爽，自己搞的很多小装饰都要重新弄了，而且搬家要耗费的时间成本也是成本吧，我该怎么跟房东说这个赔偿的事情
