俺是那种体重长年维持一个数的瘦子,平时一日三餐都照常吃,但属于是吃饭是为了活着的类型,吃不进去了硬塞进去就完事,也不太爱吃零食水果。最近感觉身体很虚弱,小毛病不断,工作也力不从心,前几天莫名其妙晕倒一次…看医生被总结为“虚的”,于是下定决心要增重,但是发现没有精气神去运动,增加食量也作用不太大…所以开始思考这个问题,如何增加吃饭的幸福感呢
