不和有些欺软怕硬的同事吵一架，他们就习惯性把你看低半级了，什么破事都扔给你做还挑三拣四嫌你做得不好。好好讲道理根本没用，人家当没看到，吵一架之后能安生好一段时间。每次吵完心情都好很多，大部分情况下吵完也没什么严重后果，就是刚开始两天对接工作有点尴尬。
