加班就是一周六天大概三到四天晚上要加到八九点，每月一两次加到晚上十点。工作也比较繁琐，几乎没有闲着的时候。早上七点多就要上班。还有就是容易挨骂，比较精神内耗。好处是工作还算稳定，交五险二金。这样的工作在十八线小县城工资到手多少大家才能干下去？
