有大概一年半的时间都天亮才睡觉 近半年都昼夜颠倒早上八九点才睡 到了晚上天黑才醒 睡眠质量一直很不好每天都在做梦很容易做噩梦最近在靠通宵来改作息 尝试了几天很有效果 刚开始睡得早了很多 后来睡的越来越早而且每天两三点都会醒(前一天十点左右睡四点多醒 昨天八点多一点就睡着了 今天七点开始就特别困)是不是我调整作息的方法有问题🤨?
