现在东西在我手里，理赔成功后我会确认收货，东西没太大磨损可以使用。快递方赔运费7倍，寄件人要求一人一半，我是收件人，认为赔付的金额无论多少都应该给到我因为是我承担损失，请问谁的要求合理？
