因为我搜了一下申诉还要填写身份证号！不应该谁主张谁举证吗现在都流行捂嘴了？简直倒反天罡不允许消费者有不好的体验？怪不得有时候广告满天飞但是产品不好用我最生气的这是华住会旗下的不知道华住会管不管这事儿估计是不管的算了，以后避雷所有华住旗下豪华型酒店，一刀切了作为一个消费者，我好生气啊
