我身高160,体重目前68.4kg,已经减肥半个月了,从69.6开始的。不怎么运动,主要是膝盖关节受不了,腰也不好。可能等基数小一点会逐渐开始运动。纯靠清淡饮食和少吃,但因为要上班也没什么时间自己做饭,周末有时会做。宗旨是慢慢减,不急,减肥主要不是为了好看,是为了变得更健康(因为有脂肪肝+内分泌紊乱)。所以想找个和我情况差不多的姐妹互相监督。每天打卡一下体重和一日三餐什么的,都可以。
