已经从之前的公司离职蛮久了，最近突然有竞品公司找我沟通岗位。在与前公司未签订竞业协议但签了保密协议的情况下，如果进入竞品公司工作：1）是否对个人的职业声誉和信誉有不良的影响？2）考虑到编制外工作的不稳定性，未来可能会面临需要多次换工作的情况。去竞品公司工作的行为是否也会影响未来的跳槽？
