1⃣️xx局事业编，轻松，有点权利，说出去体面，但没有寒暑假2⃣️双非一本辅导员，有编制，要住校，有寒暑假都是月入1w左右，本人接受不了住学校，也受不了24h当学生的保姆，但是很心动寒暑假，因为喜欢旅游，不知道辅导员后期转岗容易吗？哪个好？
