就不知道咋回事,我以前每天熬夜到凌晨3点,因为晚上才是个人自由时间,然后白天趁着领导不注意就疯狂补觉(本身单位也清闲)。从上周开始,我突然就变成“一下班就特别困”,因为单位偏远,通勤时间巨长,到家7.30吃点东西到8点多几乎躺床上就秒睡,中间醒了刷个牙继续秒睡,直接睡到第二天上班的点。然后上班就很清醒。就这样莫名其妙狂睡两周了,虽然好像这样比较健康? 但是问题是我这睁眼就上班,又感觉自己丧失个人自由时间了😂
