之前工作很累,单程通勤1小时,但是每天都睡不够,12点睡,早上七点起来,每天困。现在换工作了,工作不太顺利,人际关系有点紧张,加上偶尔要早上5点起(下午1点下班),近半年了,每天入睡困难。23点睡,4点醒。或者到3点都睡不着。有时候到了下午又开始犯困,好不容易困了睡会儿,晚上又睡不着。睡不着也想着学习。一学习,就焦虑,一件件回想过去所有困难挫折。有什么办法吗,需要去看医生吃药吗
