我跟我朋友定好了8月1日去东北那边玩，然后最近北方大雨，但我看了下基本上不太影响我们的目的地。结果我妈就很紧张，非说列车有可能会路过下雨的地方，完全不听解释，让我能退票赶紧退千万别去。 我第一反应是觉得她可笑，但我也知道她只是关心我，为什么这种让我非常非常不舒服？？我该怎么高情商的处理？？
