我现在的职位工作内容比较简单，双休且不加班。上级领导周五找我想让我试试新岗位，但是那个职位内容挺复杂的，而且有不定期加班，还要跟boss直接沟通我觉得有点烦……但是薪资估计会涨40%，明天上班要给答复了。
