我是特别爱睡觉的人,每天晚上9点上床,9点半基本就睡着,早上6点半起(还是因为我有孩子,孩子起得早,不然我还能睡)本ip午睡文化盛行,单位还配了午休宿舍,一般午休两个半小时,我能睡两个小时。感觉睡太多了,最近想中午省点时间看看书,已试以下几点,但是不睡的话下午和晚上完全就废了,困得要死。请问大家有没有好方法。已试:1.减少碳水摄入,我本人不爱吃面,中午都是一拳大小的米饭。2.早上喝咖啡,没效果。下午喝咖啡,没效果。茶,没效果。(咖啡因对我基本都没作用)3.中午运动➕洗澡。晚上8点就困死了。
