姐妹们好,如标题所示我焦虑特别严重,属于那种很久之后的事我想到要发生就焦虑。比如说这次十一放7天假,但是从放假的第一天我就为7天后上班第一天需要做个ppt演讲焦虑,这个演讲就几个人参加,也不是特别重要,类似于走个过场。但是我从第一天一直焦虑到最后一天,玩手机吃饭也在焦虑,一根弦一直在绷着,极度焦虑带来的结果就是极度的拖延症,ppt还有一小部分没完成,我一直拖到最后一天晚上凌晨两点,第二天还要上班然后我在那开着灯做ppt,明明第一天或者第二天抽个一小时就做完了我想问这种情况看心理医生能解决吗?还是做心理辅导?
