爸妈不让出租，全新的，装修好有几年了，90平左右，旁边有两所大学、中学小学、该区人流量比较大的商场。其实有点想租给女大，感觉应该会比较爱惜吧，但是因为全新的我们自己都没去住过，爸妈有点舍不得租出去。
