本人10.3要出发去东京旅游，今天刚想去银行换日元现金，被告知身份证已过期不能办理，现在补办身份证已经来不及，我想的是能不能落地日本之后找ATM机用银行卡直接取日元，有没有姐妹取过，落地后再换钱也是可以的吗
