说几个自己目前试下来有用的∶1.每天早餐固定吃颗煮鸡蛋,补充晚上流失的蛋白质2.盛米饭的碗,换成小碗,汤匙可以换成奶茶勺大小,减少进食速度,增加饱腹感3.吸管可以换成饮品店的三孔吸管,喝饮料速度会变慢,另外喝咖啡/茶,必须用吸管,且喝的时候,放在侧槽牙(用门牙吸,即使用吸管,也会有茶渍、咖啡渍)4.不要久坐久站,除去睡觉时间,可以每隔1小时,走动下,促进下半身循环(这点比较难坚持,经常忘记)5.除去晨间空腹运动,其他运动最好安排在饭后2小时后6.短期内快速减肥,想要皮肤不松,需要补充维生素C(这点还没试,希望有经验的宝子可以展开说说)
