最近想治痘痘,看了某个挺火的up主的视频,总结了一下就是要多吃肉,多吃蔬菜水果。但感觉从小到大身边人的饮食结构都是以碳水为主,早上喝稀饭(碳水),中午吃馒头,蛋白质鱼虾贝类都很少吃,晚上吃面条,虽然中餐看起来种类繁多很丰盛,但其实一整天都吃的是碳水……优质蛋白和各种维生素摄入明显不够……是不是白人饭更合理一些呢?🤔
