我在某家淘宝店买了两件衣服，分开发货的，都物流异常，打电话问快递公司，反馈说两个包裹都掉件了。 我就退款之后重新买了，然后又等了两天，刚打电话去问，又两件都掉件了😅 这不会又是商家的啥套路吧？
