本人从160斤瘦到80多斤维持到90多斤。最近不知道是因为运动量上来了,期末考试压力太大了。我这一周竟然有三次吃的比平常吃的多,而且都吃的是油炸的食物。我平时吃饭最多一周一次放纵餐,吃的刚好很满足。这周可能是运动量上来了,之前天天跑两公里,这周拉到六公里,每次跑完食欲大开,我很想去抵抗这种异常不健康的食欲,可是当我反应过来我已经吃完了。我吃油炸的很享受,但是吃完很后悔,没有给我带来正向反馈。后面我就悟了就算我维持了半年,我的内心还是个大馋丫头,还需要继续和身材做抗争。
