lz计划8.9去马拉图潜水，潜水团、住宿、机票、船票都已经准备就绪，结果突然想起来潜水的那几天刚好赶上月经，记录app预测是8.6-8.13（app之前每次都是准的）。 所以我想吃优思悦推迟下个月的月经，但看了说明书说是要经期第一天开始吃，可是我上一次月经早就结束了，且今天是我排卵期的第三天，我现在吃优思悦还能起到推迟月经的效果吗！？ 说明书中也没写非经期能不能开始吃🥹求助有没有姐妹了解的？如果没办法推迟，那我就可能要损失至少3w😭😭😭想鼠
