我学了一个五花肉好吃的做法，要切块先煎一下，已经擦干水了，上次溅到手上红肿了一块，这次仔细擦了摸着肉都干巴了，比上次还溅，我胳膊上前排和脖子上还有脸上都溅到了，幸好我戴着眼镜，小火没加油煎的，怎么才能不溅出来啊？
