刷🫘看见都说这种肉很软的瘦子体脂率高,体质差。有点担心,我就是161 80斤左右,很瘦,感觉很虚也不爱动,肉软软的,全脂人…有没有姐妹们知道这种体质想强身健体该做啥锻炼,看评论区各种说法都有,有的说不能有氧、有的说不能跑步…我已经懵了 而且我高度近视,膝盖也不好,所以有没有不用去健身房的锻炼呀,社恐真的不想去健身房,尤其我们小县城健身教练都是一群体育男…最好不伤膝盖,也不伤眼(要求好多🥲)
