我简直太纠结了，求小伙伴们给点意见～我目前的工作是某银行后台部门，年收入加上公积金15、16万左右，工作轻松，离家近，不加班。刚刚考上苏州市属事业单位，据说工资是全苏州最低的，我还得租房，又是一项不小的开支，但是现在上岸太难了。我该怎么选择？
