因为是新房我也舍不得出租，但是我想卖，不过现在卖不出，这房子已经空了六年了，装修了没买家具，一直空着这样房子旧了也不好啊，最后以后有钱了买家具偶尔住一下，我怕这房子过了十几二十年不值钱了，砸手里，卖了拿钱又怕花掉
