我没有算过体脂率,但是不是那种低体脂的女生,曾经跟着keep练马甲线一个月,腹部竟然毫无变化,而舍友练的比我难度低却一个周就有马甲线雏形了后来改居家锻炼了,我都不好意思说自己是在健身,因为强度太低了(但我本人很累),不过确实是小重量无氧,每天加上拉伸1h就能搞定最近很惊喜!发现肚子那里居然有若隐若现的四个块状,但是很疑惑的就是为什么我练出来的不是马甲线呢?
