现在在干编外 一年到手五万左右 工作量不算大 比较清闲 平时也比较自由 基本不加班 请假好请 不扣钱 双休五险一金齐全 稳定不会失业 离家近 领导同事友好 可以说除了工资低了点没什么短板 但是如果生娃的话生育津贴不发到个人 目前有个跳槽的机会 工资十万左右 但是通勤远了很多 单程45min左右 没有双休 是分公司 目前分公司还没啥人 还没开始正常运转 如果去了就是元老级 好纠结 该不该为了工资跳槽😥😥建议换工作吗
