自从去年出院后很少再有活不下去的想法了，但是昨天晚上突然梦到自己zs，而且还挺有计划的，先吃了药然后躺浴缸里，那个药就是我平时经常吃的，吃完会很快犯困浑身发软。估计是准备睡着后淹死自己 真的奇怪。
