已减一个多月,今天第一次饿醒,应该是碳水吃太少,昨天没吃够100克。九点多睡,睡前看了半小时吃播,然后梦里迷迷糊糊全是肥肉粽😂,好像是自己在吃又好像是在看吃播,就11点多醒了,貌似正好睡了一个周期前几天也有没睡好,所以缺觉,在缺碳水与缺睡眠之间,激素大军让我睡了一个半小时然后饿醒…这是第一次饿醒,之前最多就是睡的不踏实😂唉,为什么减肥这么难
