想置换一套房子。好不容易看上了一套。之前通过中介也间接跟业主沟通过知道大概的要价。今天跟中介说想去签约中心谈价格。被业主拒绝面签了。业主看到平台上同小区其他户型的价位了，觉得自己挂低了，涨了70w。关键是高价位那个户型是别人业主自己又二次花大价钱精装过的。我们看上的这套房子墙壁都剥脱了，洗手台打得胶也开了。之前一直都是在出租，整个房子被搞得很糟糕，自己几斤几两重自己不知道吗🤷。真的好气！！不是诚心卖房在这蹦跶啥！祝你这套房子永远卖不出去！
