在黄浦区有一套房，目前空置着所以想租出去，来看房的有很多是一家三口，说为了孩子上学要租房。我担心孩子上学要用到我这套房子的学位，但是问下来中介说不需要用学位，他们自己有。既然有学位那不是说明在附近有房子，又为什么要租房呢。有了解的uu可以解答一下，如果我租给这样的一家三口，后续会不会有风险？
