如题 因为总是要交房租加上房价飞的迅速 我妈开始思考要不要给我买个套一 但是因为资金有限 所以只能买个套一的商品房 各位小仙女们给点意见呗～ 补充一下 楼主主要的顾虑是 升值空间会不会小 四十年的产权会不会是个问题 加上还房贷要好多年合算吗 套一的位置在我们这里的cbd万达 不知道后期发展会如何 (Ｔ▽Ｔ)
