一般情绪都挺镇定的,但就是突然莫名其妙的整个人开始陷入低能量状态,脑子里充满负面想法。有时候想大吼大叫摔东西有时候想自s。 大家会有这样吗?毕竟现在大家压力都很大,经常把烦死了,想死,发疯挂在嘴边,想知道这是一种现代人常有的状态吗?如果是,那可能我需要加强自己的情绪疏解能力。 还是需要外部干预? 不确定的原因是之前有过抗抑郁服药史,后来觉得自己没问题就停药了。
