之前有点焦虑睡不着,但是现在不焦虑了还是睡不着,每天十一点放下手机要翻来覆去两三点才能睡着,闭着眼的时候感觉脑子啥事都在想,但是不能想我主动去想的事,一想就头疼,浑身突然发热,找不到合适的入睡姿势,真的很煎熬,每次失眠的时候都很抑郁,第二天起来又好点,也不会很累,精神还算正常,去看了中医,开了安神补心丸,前两天还有点效果,昨天晚上开始又开始失眠了,今天又是翻来覆去睡不着,索性玩手机了。。。
