楼主就是抑郁体质,之前抑郁症还跑去开中药了,后来缓过来了,每天早上出门去吃早餐,然后散步晒晒早上的太阳吸收阳气,晚上就点夜宵吃自己爱吃的,毫不夸张的说感觉吃到好吃的真的感觉一天都赚了。其实心情越不好越要把自己当成一个植物或者动物,多晒太阳,饿了就吃,困了就睡,照顾好自己的身体,精神也会好起来。 当然前提是离开让自己抑郁的人和环境。
