五一想和朋友去徒步，连续3天，强度比较大。我的月经每个月都挺准时的，大概就在月末那几天，可能我算了算这不刚好和五一(4月29开始徒步)撞上了！ 这两天我一直在期盼它能早点来，甚至想过买避孕药让它延迟……然而姨妈神似乎无视了我的祈祷。大家有什么比较好的办法吗
