26岁,最近一年无论晚上几点睡都五六点就醒了,上班不太累也没啥大压力,但是就是早醒,尝试过不喝咖啡多吃碳水无效 最近还去学了游泳,因为我从小到大都不爱运动,可以说能躺着不坐着,手脚可以说肌无力(经教练证实),平时干点重活或者跑个楼梯也会累的想si 在想是不是平时运动量太小了,或许去报个私教运动下会不会改善,尝试过自己跟着视频练,练三分钟感觉要去了,报个班让专业人士教练会好点吗?又很怕我体力顶不住,我165.110,不算是大体重吧
