前一段时间便秘严重来组里求助了各位小伙伴们,再次感谢当时回复我的小伙伴们!最近这一段时间,我每天早上起来后空腹喝一杯水,然后喝麦片(偶尔也会吃面包),吃完后吃一个香蕉,午饭晚饭正常吃没有额外注意(但是也注意要吃一些蔬菜,虽然是吃麻辣烫哈哈),晚上我有时候会再吃一根香蕉,或者一颗苹果,再或许是火龙果,每晚睡前我都坚持仙人揉腹,实践了一个周,这周上厕所的频率变成了两天一次,虽然不知道起作用的究竟是吃香蕉还是仙人揉腹,变量太多了哈哈,但是这些总归都是对肠道运动有益的,这是我的经验,希望给有需要的朋友们参考一下
