上班两年多,明显感觉自己在走下坡路学生时代经常通宵玩游戏、写论文,睡一觉就补回来了;刚开始工作喜欢去蹦迪,第二天睡醒依旧生龙活虎;工作两年后的感觉就是每天都好累,中午必须睡午觉。一到下午三四点,眼睛都不聚焦了,记忆力也急速下降。周末最多出门一天,必须留一天在家里躺尸,不然下周一整周的状态都会很差。我有时觉得自己的神经像一根弦一样时而被扯紧时而被放松,后果就是失去弹性,整个人也松松垮垮。尝试着靠运动改善体质,下班去健身房练两小时,教练说我总是一直在打哈欠hhh,但我真的控制不住自己。最近在吃鱼油,还准备买个辅酶q10,希望自己的状态能好起来。。。
